Corn is highly in nutrients, which are extremely beneficial for you, it is rich in Vitamin B1 which is used in the metabolism of carbohydrates, vitamin B5 which helps with physiological functions, folate, that helps generating new cells and Vitamin C which helps fight disease , it is also high in fibre  that helps you fight digestive problems like constipation

 

Fibre also helps lower cholesterol levels ,reduces the risk of colon cancer and is also useful in helping to lower blood sugar levels in diabetics, folic acid present in corn is know to prevent neural tube birth defects, Good for people suffering from anaemia, you can prepare so many delicious corn dishes which is healthy and yummy too.

Corn Contains abundant phosphorus apart from magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron,and copper it also contains trace minerals like selenium

Phosphorus is essential for maintance  of normal growth,bone health and normal kidney functioning

Soybeans is generally amongst the nutrients that are vegetable base.many at times young adults and elderly need to eat lots of vegetable ,protein and vegetable food. The elder you get, the less of the animal products that you should be consuming
